Legal framework. We process your data under Peruvian Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.

What data we process. Only what you give us in this website's forms: first name, last name, corporate email and, if you write one, your message. When you request a guide, also the document requested. We also record minimal technical data to protect the forms from abuse (IP address and submission date).

Why. To answer your message, send you the document you requested and, if you ask for it, give you information about our services. We make no automated decisions with your data and we do not sell or hand it over to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis. Your consent, given when you submit the form, and handling your request.

Who we share it with. With the providers of the website infrastructure, database hosting, email delivery and our client management tool, acting on SABHA's behalf. Some are located outside Peru, so data may be transferred internationally, always with the safeguards the law requires.

How long. For as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship you start with us, and afterwards for the periods our legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to lmeneses@sabha.com.pe with the subject "Personal data". If you believe we have not handled your request, you may contact Peru's National Personal Data Protection Authority.

Cookies. This website only uses the technical cookies it needs to work. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes. If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
